"Pleasant"
The host representative was waiting for us upon arrival.The flat is huge and well equipped The problem the representative hardly spoke english and the modem did not work so we had no wifi which caused problem communicating with our friend which went to park the car while the rest were checking in. The representative fixed the modem an hour after. But it would be nice to check everything is all right before our arrival. Also the door in bathroom could not be locked. There were no tea/coffee in the kitchen.
